LYMAX X1 Curved Monitor Light Bar
The LYMAX X1 is a monitor-mounted desk light designed for 1000R–1800R curved and ultrawide screens. It combines 45° asymmetric desk lighting, a 24GHz presence sensor, Ra97 color rendering, adjustable 2900K–6000K white light, rear RGB lighting, and a rechargeable wireless dial. USB-C power input: 5V / 2A. Check your monitor housing and webcam clearance before ordering.
1000R Curvature Profile · 45° Asymmetric Optics
Designed to precisely contour to 1000R to 1800R curved screens. Directs light forward onto your desk workspace while keeping light off the display surface.
Ultrawide Coverage · Balanced Desk Illumination
Extended optical path provides up to 1500 Lux of even light across large desks, delivering smooth edge-to-edge coverage for seamless multitasking and immersive setups.
24GHz mmWave Radar · Hands-Free Auto On/Off
The onboard human presence sensor switches the bar on when you approach your desk and off after you leave — no fumbling for a switch in the dark, no wasted power overnight.
Rechargeable Wireless Controller · Desktop Control
Convenient 2.4GHz rechargeable wireless knob allows you to adjust brightness levels, color temperature (2900K - 6000K), and RGB backlight from anywhere on your desk.
Full Spectrum Ra97 CRI + RGB Ambient Backlight
Combines professional Ra97 natural color accuracy for daytime video and photo editing with dynamic rear RGB backlighting for an immersive nighttime gaming setup.
Universal Clamp & Quick 3-Step Installation
The weighted gravity mount rests on the monitor housing. Before installation, check the top-edge shape, bezel thickness, rear clearance, and webcam position. Keep the mount off the active display area.

Who Is It For?
The LYMAX X1 is purpose-built for curved and ultrawide setups:
- Curved and ultrawide monitor owners with 1000R–1800R screens who want light that follows the screen contour instead of spilling onto the panel.
- Photo and video editors who need accurate color (Ra97) for evening retouching and grading.
- Night gamers who want a rear RGB glow for immersion without screen glare during long sessions.

Workspace Use Cases
- Curved-screen desks: the 1000R–1800R contour keeps 45° asymmetric light even from edge to edge, directing it onto your desk and off the display.
- Color-critical work: Ra97 full-spectrum output supports evening photo and video editing with faithful color.
- Deep or shared desks: up to 1500 Lux of even coverage keeps large multitasking setups bright.
- Quick setup: the weighted gravity clamp installs in three steps on flat, ultra-thin, or curved monitors.
How Does the X1 Compare to the M6?
The LYMAX M6 is the brighter, wider bar for any flat, curved, or ultrawide monitor — up to 1800 Lux from a 19.7" extended body. The X1 trades some peak brightness for a 1000R–1800R curved contour, Ra97 color accuracy, and a rear RGB glow built for curved-screen desks. Choose the M6 for maximum coverage on any monitor; choose the X1 when your display is curved and color accuracy matters. See the full M6 vs X1 comparison on the M6 page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my curved monitor?
The X1 is specified for 1000R–1800R curved screens. Curvature alone does not confirm physical fit: check the top bezel, rear housing shape, mounting space, and webcam clearance. If you are unsure, send your exact monitor model and a photo of its top edge to LYMAX support before ordering.
How is it installed?
Position the mount on the monitor housing, connect the included USB-C cable to a compatible 5V / 2A power source, then adjust the light toward the keyboard and desk. Check for reflections from your usual seated position. Confirm that your USB port can supply the required power.
What does the wireless knob control?
The 2.4GHz rechargeable knob adjusts brightness, color temperature (2900K–6000K), and the RGB backlight from anywhere on your desk.
What does Ra97 color rendering mean?
The specified Ra97 color rendering describes how physical objects look under the lamp. It can help when viewing printed photographs, notes, or products on your desk; it does not calibrate your monitor or guarantee the accuracy of colors displayed on screen.
How does the radar sensor work?
The presence sensor turns the bar on when you approach your desk and off after you leave, saving power automatically.
Can I use it with a webcam?
Both accessories may need the center of the top bezel. Check the webcam clip and sensor clearance before mounting. If they overlap, consider a separate camera stand or a compatible off-center mounting position.
What is the difference between presence sensing and brightness control?
The presence sensor controls automatic on/off. Use the wireless dial to set brightness and white-light color temperature to suit your workspace.
